Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usualy 2-5 days (customers are advised that any orders placed after 4pm on a given day will be processed first thing the following morning). You will be contacted of any possible delays, so please give us a reliable daytime contact no so that we may contact you.
The time in days "figure quoted reference shipping,excludes saturday and sunday and all delivery times are subject to stock avaliability.Any out of stock items will be despatched on an express delivery service at no extra charge as soon they come into stock.
Liability- please note that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, onlyfor the value of our goods.
Back orders- if your item is not in stock, we will put the item on back order for you.If there will be a delay outside our normal delivery time then we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns policy we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your goods.Should you need to return the item please return it with the original packaging and send it recorded delivery .Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter giving your name and address and telephone number ,give details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. any goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
